Venable brings over 26 years of experience growing e-commerce revenue and leveraging data and insights to drive growth and innovation across leading B2C, B2B, CPG, sports and automotive brands.Prior to joining Dyson in 2019, Venable founded and operated Alpha Adwords, a boutique consultancy, where he grew his clients’ businesses via Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). For over 9 years, Venable applied his growth hacking skills with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads to grow e-commerce revenue and lead generation for a variety of clients, including growing an extreme sports business from 6 to 30 physical locations globally.Venable has also managed teams up to 40 with leadership roles at Formaspace (Director of Marketing andOperations) and BOXX (Information Systems and Customer Support Manager).Venable started his career as an engineer for General Motors where he gained valuable automotivemanufacturing and business-planning experience. Venable has also served as an enterprise software developer and as a website + back-end database developer as a consultant for Home Depot and Kraft Foods.Venable earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a two-sport athlete.
