-Oversee all aspects of nine-month mission trip for college students-Mentor/disciple students weekly in one-on-one atmosphere-Coach student leaders into disciple-makers-Raise 100% of annual living expenses from private donors-Manage and reconcile nine-month budget-Create/teach spiritual development curriculum for 75+ participants

-Shepherd spiritual growth of junior high/high school students-Assist and support senior pastor in church vision-Develop discipleship relationships within youth and college ministry-Preach regularly to congregation of over 1,500 members-Teach original curriculum weekly to 7th – 12th graders-Provide leadership to multiple program committees-Plan and execute weekly worship services

-Organize and recruit for various volunteer service programs-Provide pastoral care to inner-city community-Support and encourage church leadership through redevelopment-Preach/teach regularly to culturally diverse congregation

-Document communication with prospective students-Organize and execute campus-wide recruitment events-Initiated contact with prospective students

-Provide spiritual guidance to student ministry participants -Develop and supervise student leadership team -Serve as inaugural lead worshipper for church-wide worship service
