My name is Chris Viets. I got my real estate license in October of 1995. I had no idea how to make money as a real estate agent. I followed my fraternity brother to Keller Williams realty in the Denver tech center. Then I realized how hard it was to transition from a waiter to a realtor. I was lucky enough to attend a Mike Ferry real estate action workshop sales seminar in 1997. Mike ferry was preaching his gospel “Knock doors make cold calls every day.” I knew the first time I heard him speak I was a true student.He had me at his favorite quote, “how bad do you want true success,and what price are you willing to pay?” That resonated with every bone in my body to successful endeavor I had achieved.This meant game time. I drank his cool aid straight from the jar. I knew this was a program I could work, succeed in, no problem. Out work, and out hustle the next competitor. This was my critical path to success.This is a simple equation you get what you put in as a value ad. No gimmicks, no false promises, just good ole hard work.I sold over 900 homes over the past twenty years, and became the top 1 percent of my field. I was one of the top 30 realtors under 30 in the entire United States! Amazingly, the fruits of my labor in spades.Since 2009, I have dedicated my life to a new conquest.
