1.Responsible for the daily management of hospital administration, understanding and mastering the information and important developments of all parties in the hospital, organizing and coordinating relevant departments to jointly do a good job in the comprehensive administrative management of the hospital;2.Organize, coordinate and arrange various administrative meetings, make minutes, and timely sort out, print and issue important decisions made in meetings (resolutions) for implementation by relevant departments, and check, urge, supervise and feed back how the decisions made in meetings (resolutions) are implemented;3.Draft, print and issue administrative documents, reports, plans, summaries and other writings;4.Receive, send, register, code, circulate, retrieve and keep administrative documents, timely report superior authority and relevant institution ’s report to relevant leaders and ask for comments on disposal;5.Responsible for the use and management of administrative seals;6.Responsible for daily office supplies procurement and inventory management of various departments of the hospital;7.Receive interviewers and visitors with thorough, proper and hospitable arrangements;8.Declare and effectively follow up the company’s various research projects;9.Responsible for all kinds of scientific research project materials writing, submission and acceptance work;10.Coordinate between the department and others to ensure smooth internal communication and proper management and services.

1.Responsible for establishing the work content of the office, formulating the responsibilities ofmedical posts and departmental rules and regulations of the outpatient clinic;2.Arranging daily scheduling and medical service suspension for the outpatient doctors;3.Manage and update clinical registration system and maintain and update information in the online ordering and registration platform;4.Allocate, manage and maintain fixed assets in areas of the clinic and adjust consulting rooms;5.Sort out and file relevant documents of the clinic;6.Recruit, train the subordinate employees and manage performance examination for them;7.Responsible for handling customer complaints and maintaining customer relations;8.Budget for divisional costs and expenses.
