I have worked with Chris and his team on several projects and have noted many aspects about him that make him a tremendous asset to Parlec. He works very hard to ensure that the virtualized Windows network there, and all of the people are satisfied, but also genuinely cares about this. He aims to learn his skills, both traditionally and through hands-on, and is fearless in doing so. However, he is moderated enough to know when a task is too much and is not afraid to ask for help. This is a great quality, as I run into many networks that have people who are afraid to ask for help, and discover many problems (sometimes major) later on due to this. Because of people like Chris, his work ethic and character, his willingness to engage with outside resources such as myself, and his candidness - Parlec has a much better networking environment these days. This results in much lower downtime for employees and management there, as well as enabling them to be much more efficient with their time. This adds to their bottom line greatly, as a smooth environment adds to every individual's productivity. I repeat that these are not common attributes in I.T. personnel in general, as I consult with and assist in countless environments.
