With over 25 plus years primarily in the Music Industry, I am an experienced sales , promotion and industry analyst. During my years I have worked with several major labels and distribution companies as well as one of the largest global data/business Insight companies. My experience has been looking for new opportunities to reach consumers and and providing actionable data to support best practices. Communicating these findings and earning the trust of executives, customers, artists and artist management. Most recently I assumed the role in client relations and working on retaining their business as well as "assuming" the voice of the client inside the office to ensure needs were met.I have demonstrated a strong affinity to working with, and grooming, staff with great management skills. I helped establish and manage a National Analysis Staff expanding from 4 people and growing to 14 at one point. I was also involved heavily with using content from and maintaining relationships with may 3rd Party companies. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Various retail tracking systems and tools of the industry. I am a member of of both NARAS and CMA (a voting member).
