• Sixteen (16) years of systems engineering and development experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing• Eight (8) years of experience with SAP-BW, including data modeling, development, mplementation, and support of CRM and ECC generic extractors and enhancement of standard extractors• Proficient in development of extractors, transformations, performance tuning, monitoring, and query development in BEX, Business Objects 4.1 and Business Explorer• Extensive experience in BWA indexing and troubleshooting• Experience with BW on HANA• Working experience with Data Services 4.2• Extensive experience in using ABAP to create or enhance User Exits, Function Modules, Start/End Routines, as well as, developing or enhancing reports in ECC• Extensive experience with performance tuning for ETL processes and queries including Aggregates, Compressions, Partitioning, and Indexing• Extensive experience with extracting data from BW utilizing Open Hub functionality or ABAP programs• Experience in using the Analysis Process Designer• Experience with Business Content activation• Working experience with Transport Connection• Proficient in the escalation process with SAP, leveraging SAP Notes and the SAP Development Network • Dedicated to quality and service while achieving efficiency in a fast-paced environment• Strong customer focus resulting in powerful internal and external customer relationships• Sound decision making and creative problem solving skills• Ability to work in team environment or independently• Strong communication skills
