GatherUp.com is a customer feedback and online review platform for businesses of any size.I was brought in as the companies first Sales Account Executive in 2017. I am responsible for the entire sales cycle with our Agency/Reseller partners. Since 2017 I have successfully onboarded over 400+ Agency/Reseller partners and continue to manage those accounts to ensure steady growth, full adoption of our solution, and keeping our agency churn below 3% by building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.

• Executed outbound call campaign to promote Primus Business Services and drive sales revenue• Achieve a targeted daily quota for outbound calls• Determine customer’s needs with a consultative and knowledgeable approach regarding Primus Canada’s products, services, payment options, coverage areas, usage ratios, billing procedures and policies.• Provide accurate quotes and product information to customers in a timely and efficient manner• Write & adjust sales scripts as required to better target the needs and interests of specific companies• Maintain records of all contacts, recording customer potential and sales activity• Manage accounts on an on-going basis to ensure Primus is offering the best services possible.
