Key Responsibilities:Leading project bidding activities and overseeing the installation of a range of Dairy systems (PCP, DCM, Flush, Pulsation, water treatment, turbo sprayer).Managing a geographically dispersed team of 10 professionals across multiple states while ensuring the execution of projects to the highest standards.Compiling comprehensive reports, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and spearheading research and development initiatives for cutting-edge equipment.Engaging with clients to guarantee service excellence, facilitating discussions on new product offerings, troubleshooting issues proactively, and driving sales of innovative products.Ensuring seamless operation of software systems through maintenance activities, delivering training sessions to onboard new staff on software functionality, and innovating software or hardware solutions to resolve customer challenges effectively.
