• Drive Scope Collection; Validation; and Risk Based Scope Review• Oversight of package development and mentoring of field planners to ensure job package quality• Heavy Integration into Capital Projects Teams during scope development; tracking progress of capital offsite fabrication and delivery by ship, truck, and rail• Assists with Levels I; II; & III estimates for funding Capital Projects and Turnarounds• Highly skilled in Primavera P6 Schedule Development and management during TA/Project events• Ability to manage multiple Live Schedules simultaneously• Schedule tracking and reporting during all phases of Pre-TA construction through Post TA of Project and Expense work• Defines critical path early in order to set duration and manpower requirements for TA & Project events• Drives uniformity in planning/scheduling practices among planners and schedulers in the department to ensure that established procedures are followed• Communicates schedule conflicts to management during the execution window to ensure baseline milestones are met• Monitors Cad drawings and 3D models during development phase to ensure Design is Safety and Maintenance minded• Participates in PHA; Model; MOC; Risk Ranking; Constructability Reviews; and Contracting Strategy• Planning, scheduling, and tracking of FCOs to ensure additional scope does not conflict with baseline finish expectations • Prepares and assists in building bid packages for RFQ; budgetary estimates; and competitive bids• Participates in PSM, Safety, and Productivity audits• Field Coordination as both Direct hire and 3rd party for P66, Shell, HFSinclair• Participate in project readiness reviews to ensure success in execution
