Monitoring of a conditioning programme, achieved by visiting small player groups in their own gymnasiums on a regular basis. A small number of players were full time and so a weekly schedule was implemented which incorporated a more comprehensive training programme for these players. Design of a comprehensive nutritional education pack which included personalised dietary advice according to the needs of players (fat loss, mass gain etc). Effective communication with the club physiotherapist to make effective use of the small amount of contact time available to rehabilitate players back to full fitness.

At the end of the season with which I worked with Oliver he finished eighth in the European Money tables and was selected for the European Ryder Cup Team.Joe Worsley, Rugby Player - I worked with Joe to assist his rehab from injury post World Cup 2007. The remit was to improve strength levels in the injured area so that he could return to play.Middlesex CCC - As fitness coach for two seasons I was responsible for strength and conditioning programme design and implementation as well as working closely with the physiotherapist to keep players fit during a punishing season where they played five days in seven.James Cracknell, Rower and Adventure Racer - designed and implemented a structured programme for James's attempt to win the South Pole Race in 2009 as part of Team Qinetiq. The team eventually finished second on this four hundred and fifty mile, thirty+ day race.

Full control over monthly budgets which had to be divided between staffing, provision of over one hundred studio classes as well as the maintenance and upgrading of all fitness equipment. Development of the personal training business by educating members as well as designing effective promotions and marketing strategies.
