Working knowledge of metal organic bubbler change procedures, gas cabinet operation and bottle changes, VMB operation and associated safety procedures and protocol required to complete tasks. SOP’s, equipment manuals and engineering instructions with excellent mechanical, electrical and electronic trouble shooting and problem solving. Included is troubleshooting and repair of equipment associated with high vacuum reactors and the associated facility and safety equipment. Assisting and leading recovery and reloads of the reactor. Installation and / or modification as well as repair and troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment associated MoCVD systems and other facility support equipment.
