Co-developed pitch books, deal structure, financial valuation and business terms.- Structured a carve-out plan and a strategic alliance project for a Taiwanese company in passive component sector.- Sourced potential M&A targets in South-East Asia, pitched 2 semiconductor equipment companies in Singapore and connected them to the potential investors.

- Assisted the clients in conducting detailed due diligence (DD), built DCF/ M&A models for company evaluation and price negotiation.- Initiated 50+ case studies for clients across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Topics included back-door listing, material asset restructuring, disposal of subsidiaries.- Performed in-depth analyses on market, industry and companies in TMT sector, selected 2~3 companies in every month for business development.
