Currently providing debtor management outsourcing service to FeeSynergy accountancy clients. Assisting in the reduction of their debtors acting as their Credit Manager ensuring clients pay their bills within the time frame of the firm's credit policy. My team and I facilitate collection of moneys owing to the firm without harming the provider-client relationship. This is a startup company and I was engaged to set it up and manage the business.Responsibilities involved managing the P&L, ongoing marketing/sales, financial risk processes, and debt recovery for EPF. This business is part of the King Financial Group.

After being offered the position of Collections Manager for the group I left Adelaide and moved back to Melbourne head office. My role was Collections Manager with a National responsibility from 1999 to 2002. During my time as Collections Manager receiving an Excellence in Performance Award in 2003. My next role was Risk Manager a National responsibility for GE Funding Solutions I had an initial of team of 25 where I oversaw the processing and risk compliance of new funding contracts. This also involved dealing with the larger deals where reporting to the Head of GE Risk was required and as well as the central risk team in the US.

Manage a team of 3 BDM's and raise the profile of GE Funding in SA. Increase volume and manage the P&L at the state level. Concentrate on increasing new client numbers and ensuring retention of current clients. Role out a new product to the SA CPA's and Chartered Accountants. SA chosen as the test state for this new funding product
