Review AML risk Items/issues raised by internal and external auditors and review the corresponding processes end to end to identify areas of risk and improvement from that an extensive review the major AML process (ECDD, PEPs, KYC,). End to end and make recommendations and implement changes to uplift each process.

Act as Point of Reference to teams to answer questions and help new teams become established and operational,Fill in for team Mangers while on leave to ensure key deliverables are maintained. Run team huddles and highlight key callouts for performance and ensure that the team understands their targets and role.Work on key projects to deliver more streamlined and efficient case management solutions.

Liaise with the various internal stakeholders and customers advising them of potential risks within their portfolio and recommending risk mitigation strategies, conduct investigations into customers who potentially are committing crimes against the commonwealth or potential acts of terrorism.
