As a leader in Process Transformation for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with global clients, delivering transformation at scale and pace, with sustainable and tangible benefit.An engineer by qualification, and at heart, with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have enjoyed understanding, diagnosing and improving processes from shop floor to boardroom, as well as leading, training and mentoring others to do the same.After 2 decades in this business my passion for improving, innovating and leading change for my clients has led me around the world and across virtually every sector and industry there is, and I take personal pride in not only delivering great benefits, but in helping to develop advocates for Lean thinking, and coaching the next generation of process excellence consultants.As we move into an age where digital and physical activities are increasingly intertwined and working together seamlessly, I find the enthusiasm for adopting new technologies to be infectious and a positive force for change, but steadfastly believe that only through innovation and removing of waste before application of technology, will we see the full potential of Digital Process Excellence.
