When I joined, the project goals were misaligned and unclear at all levels. Teams and key stake-holders were frustrated, and the project was approaching an arbitrary deadline with no demonstrable progress which would have led to a complete defunding of the initiative. I interviewed key stake holders and end users and collaborated to develop a plan to point the project in the right direction. We developed specific measurable milestones to ensure the project remained focused, and I oversaw each of the initial key milestones to ensure the project was successfully continuing on this path with the drive and support needed to reach the final goals.

Carslbad, Ca

Led the the analytics team for the USMC Maximo asset management project worldwide across 26 bases. This was the second largest Maximo project in the world and each base acted as a separate project requiring complex negotiations, agreement amongst key stakeholders, and working with senior military officials to ensure consistency and measurable outcome across the entire project. The end result of our project was the right balance of top level viewability to activities and consistent performance KPIs, while allowing each base the right level of autonomy to perform their operations as needed for their specific needs.

Led a team in the development practice for custom client solutions primarily using Microsoft technologies, Actuate technologies, Java, and AI.

Greater Seattle Area

I was the youngest developer ever hired by Microsoft. My primary role was development in the operating systems and internet browser technologies. I also led the technical enablement initiatives for tier 3 operating system and internet browser support organization and coordinated major processes for outsourced support vendors.
