Marketing and delivery of a 20,000 person public event.

I worked on a fixed term contract in the Faculty of Health Sciences as a marketing and communications officer. The project achieved was a successful tendering for NHS education services. This involved marketing intelligence, research, marketing and communications planning, collateral development, event management, and writing communication and stakeholder management plans.

Key responsibilities were copy writing, sub-editing and providing quality control for monthly adviser focused magazine and various media. Also marketing planning and the delivery of key campaigns and the quality control for all business printed, PDF, web, e-mail and DM marketing material. I also wrote and collating monthly online newsletters, updated Skandia's websites via CMS and was responsible for the strategy of website key communications. I left Skandia due to redundancy.

As Internal Communications and Online Marketing Specialist, I had responsibility for the development and delivery of brand and service communications through online media to all internal and external stakeholders; consumer and corporate targets, to drive the brands communication channels for both new donations, legacies and customers to Enham’s associated services and educational streams.

Being the senior marketing executive I was responsible for the marketing strategy of all insurance and education products for the professional association. This included planning and delivering NOS and private qualifications, online learning, CPD, exhibitions and conferences. I also planned and managed a broad range of integrated campaigns to recruit students and qualified therapists using the full marketing mix and managed organisation's advertising and education budgets.
