Reviewed all mechanical procedures, witness points, documentation, and all system procedures in accordance to various standards and client codes. Provide updated and documented records from 3rd party inspection. Performed internal and external visual inspection of pressure vessels, piping, structural steel, concrete, and furnaces in accordance to API 510 and 570. Review all System Isometric drawings, P&ID’s and specifications prior to construction and through final completion of turnover packages. Conduct daily construction field audits and Safety audits of craft and construction supervision. Witnessed Torque of flanges, Leak Test and Hydro piping systems according to client specifications. Reviewed NACE paint specifications and coating application prior to instillation of piping and structural. Created and documented Master punch list items for total scope of project. Utilizing video scopes/bore scopes for internal inspection of equipment and piping. Reviewed all NDE data recorded and assure it is turned over for final reports to be submitted to the client. Witnessed and reviewed documentation for internal and external inspections provided by 3rd party or construction contractor. Created CARs (Corrective Action reports) and reviewed FINs (Field instruction notice). (Attended weekly and daily project meetings with project senior management about status of all packages as well as their matriculation of checkpoints prior to turnover to client.
