Graduate of Eastern Hancock Jr. Sr. High School and entering the Army as a Combat Engineer 12F later reassigned 12B. Honorably ending my military career after a short stent as a Recruiter in December of 2000 serving 9 year and 6 months. I had attained a rank of Staff Sergeant while in and enjoyed serving. Began work with a civilian organization in the carpet adhesive industry for a very short time before starting school at North Georgia Highlands, known at the time as Coosa Valley Technical College. Full time college student for 3 years and some months graduating with 2 Associate of Applied Technology degrees, One in Programming the other in Networking. I began my Information Technology career at Floyd Medical Center as a Co-op employee through Coosa Valley and was later hired. After 2 years with Floyd Medical I move to Academic Book Services where I was a Programming Associate helping with the internal infrastructure and applications maintenance. Academic was purchased by their biggest competitor and we assisted with transitioning the company into their control. After leaving Academic I signed on with iPro inc a Healthcare software reseller and support organization associated with Novarad. I began as a Applications Trainer for their PACS and RIS product line specializing in workflow organization. Later the opportunity to manage the Customer Services Division of iPro arose and I was fortunate enough to have the skills for the position. The department has a great mixture of individuals that I am proud to call my colleagues, it is because of their dynamic personalities that I have known success. While working for iPro I have enjoyed great success in the opportunities they have entrusted to my keeping and look forward to the future challenges they send my way.Specialties: Workflow and people management and customer relations.
