Additional duties include: over-seeing of general contractor bids and selection of general contractor; pay application processing, changes in scope of work, establishing and ensuring the schedule, organize and run job-meetings with general contractors and clients, and handle all client close-out procedures.

Williams Construction was a commercial construction company that he founded in 1995. In 2003 he turned control of the company to his oldest son who now runs the company under the name CB construction.Served as company principle as well as senior project manager on educational, medical, correctional, and retail projects. Duties included: review plans with owners and architects, value engineering for owners, subcontractor solicitation, selection, and management. Also oversaw the pay application process and the schedule of values with the architects.
