I lead the Student Board for my school's trust. I proposed the idea to the trust's CEO,showing my initiative. I had to convince her that it would be a productive use of her timein her busy schedule. My responsibilities include:Organizing meetings and preparing meeting material in a timely manner.Ensuring that all students from different schools have access to the material using theonline portal.Ensuring the meeting starts and ends on time.Making sure that all students have a chance to speak and effectively managingdistractions.Ensure that the meeting is easy to understand and relevant to all, as the age range ofstudents is 9-18.Conduct research projects trust wide, seeking the views of almost 5,000 students.Line Manage other senior student board members, such as the notetaker.
