I have significant experience in Industrial Manufacturing clients. Project experience highlights below:- Chris has spent over a year at Europe's 3rd largest steel manufacturer and is lead on multiple work streams improving delivery performance whilst reducing inventory levels.- Chris led work to implement a new order fulfilment strategy, the first of it’s type in Europe; redesign the existing supply chain; reduce non value adding inventory; improving service to customers and opportunities for product rationalisation - Chris developed and implemented the governance model for this large scale programme, owning all client deliverables and regularly presenting to the Executive- At this defence manufacturer, Chris identified over £2m worth of improvements (c30%), identifying quick wins and structural improvementsI also have a focus in the Healthcare sector, predominantly Mental Health and Community Services, relevant experience includes:- Chris spent three months supporting this mental health and community services Trust to develop plans to support the Trust’s longer term sustainability challenges. - Chris led the work to transform the back office services through a mix of interviews, financial analysis, benchmarking (internal and external) and developing ‘make versus buy’ decision trees. This identified and validated a 6% saving on back office costs without any reduction in service levels – across a wide geographic area.
