The first few years we were supporting some Java websites and VB.Net with Nhibernate and Oracle back-end. Now we primarily focus on CSharp .Net with Entity or Nhibernate ORM using SQL back-end. We work on a lot of other technologies like php, Drupal, Kinteco all dependent on our client needs. The development can vary from a document repository, custom CMS, event and training portals to name a few.The past three years I have been the team lead over 6-7 developers. Majority of my time is still spent developing code the rest is spent helping in resource planning, code reviews and being a mentor. More recently I have been building internal applications to improve our deployment audit checkpoints. Using Selenium as a web crawler I have written custom software to determine missing and or no longer used URLs and resources.
