401TRG (Threat Research Group) is the Threat Research & Analysis Team at ProtectWise. Using our experience and background in incident response and network forensics in both the public and private sectors, we study ProtectWise's extensive network-oriented datasets. This work is focused around network traffic analysis, reverse engineering malware, and building behavioral detections.

• Develop and maintain common tools for Ground Software within the Orion program as part of the RCTU Team. • Tools include UI for taking control of a complex system of “rigs” which simulate the Orion Capsule's on board systems. • Provide basic data transfer, recording, and archiving of data for these systems for later analysis.Acting as one of two Build Managers for the RCTU Team. • Maintain the bi-weekly process of deploying our team’s products to all other ground teams. Support the Integrated Testing Lab where “live” mission runs are tested with a mock Orion capsule. • Ensure that software products remain functional during live runs to reduce cost

• Manage a team of 4 engineers designing Electromechanical Systems.• Operate and maintain a lunar simulation thermal-vacuum system for electronics research.LUNAR Project funded by NASA • Developed the Telescope-deployment High-vacuum teleOperated Rover (THOR).• Designed and Fabricated THOR for electronics testing in a Lunar Simulation Environment.• Designed the thermal system to protect electronics from temperatures of 100C/-150C.• Designed the control scheme and developed code for operational control of THOR.Tele-Operation Project funded by Lockheed Martin• Developed the ARLO tele-operated robot for network quality research.• Developed a web interface for Real Time Remote Control of ARLO for tele-robotic research.• Conducted network quality research for human control of tele-operated rovers.
