I am an experienced project manager and visitor experience professional. Committed to conservation and the environment, I believe that engagement with nature conservation is as important as the nature conservation itself. It should be fun and emotionally stimulating as well as educational. Although there may not be such a thing a as "natural" leader, strong leadership is something I work hard on. I am behaviourally agile and a great collaborator. I have a broad range of experience working across most of the larger UK conservation organisations.
