On returning to the UK my roles and responsibilities remained and expanded.Building on my knowledge of the industry and the companies inner working I began working on updating and maintaining a crucial interface for the company with addition duties which included:- Conversing with colleague throughout the company to understand and fully flesh out any issues or new features.- All issues need to be logged into JIRA, creating issues if none existed.- Updating the code for the interface using majorly AS2, AS3, JavaScript and PHP.- Any updates needed to be committed and pushed to GIT, making sure the relevant repositories are up to date.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Current roles include creating and maintaining Jira Service desk's for multiple departments and multiple purposes.- Being the go-to person if any of the multiple systems have issues or bugs that require any attention be them urgent, necessary or new features to improve the product.- Training people new to Service Desk and Jira, helping them to submit ticket, find answers and improve their own experience and the companies experience across the board when looking for help with issues.--- front end programming engineer ---- New work includes working on the report builder interface which includes coding with - angular.js - node.js - testing with mocha
