I fell in love with coaching after I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a First Class Honours in Sports Science.After working on the gym floor as a personal trainer for 3 years, I realised;1) I wasn't able to work with the type of people that I wanted to and who inspired me (people like you)2) I wasn't able to reach and impact as many lives as I wantedOne good thing that came out of COVID was the pivot it made me make to moving my business fully online and launching FitLab Coaching. Since then I've been able to move to Dubai, build a team, and wake up doing something every day I truly love and have a deep passion for with my body being the vehicle to all of these achievements so far.WHAT I DO Our entire mission at FitLab is to help busy and time strapped men, build jaw-dropping physiques from training just 3 days per week, and following a realistic and bespoke way of eating that's built around their hectic lifestyles. No chicken and broccoli diets, or slogging it out on the treadmill each day, a time efficient system that works for anyone.WHY FITLABThe programme is designed to be the last investment into your health and fitness you’ll ever need to make.
