Experience teaching Online Learning: Theory and Research and Foundations of Adult Learning courses at UOIT in the Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies and Digital Technology (ESDT) program.Online Learning: Theory and Research examines the growing body of theory and research related to online learning. Topics included meta-analytic studies of online learning as well as earlier meta-analyzes of distance learning with the highest priority given to recent research, especially research focused on adult learning. Foundations of Adult Learning introduces students to the social, psychological and philosophical foundations of adult learning and adult education. Students examine the role adult education plays in society, the ways in which an adult's learning differs from a child's learning and approaches to teaching that best meet the needs of adult learners.

As the manager, Digital Media I'm responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the college’s digital media activities and strategies. This includes the development and execution of digital strategies to support and promote Durham College’s strategic objectives and key deliverables and ensure overall consistency of its brand and reputation. The digital presences I have accountability for include the corporate website and microsites, search engine optimization, analytics, social media, digital signage, video and e-communications.
