Manufacturing experience with below key areas: • Transfer project leader, release MP product of European factory to local factory• Process owner of key manufacturing process, with process critical parameter(CPA sheet) maintenance, productivity monitoring and improvement, etc• Product improvement after MP via process optimization and new process definition• NPI(PCP/PIT) local leader to achieve local manufacturing release of new developed product, making TPD (technical production document) and sample reporting, etc• DMAIC project leader with GB certifaction (2 improvement project achievement with 300K RMB benefit)
