Supported the development and management of a comprehensive MarTech stack, ensuring seamless integration across all marketing channels and functions. Played a key role in the selection and implementation of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), assisting in strategy execution for experimentation and personalization. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Part of the event planning team for the Redwood Shores chapter of PRIDE, an LGBTQIA employee resource group. Past events include a Dungeons and Drag Queens fundraiser live stream that raised over $10k for charity.

Responsible for managing EA’s marketing technology stack that’s focused on (but not limited to) our paid media campaigns. This includes working with vendors across the entire digital marketing landscape, from DMPs, CDPs and DSPs to Brand Safety and Dynamic Creative Optimization platforms.

Ad trafficking and troubleshooting complex campaigns/testing in the Ad Server while working with Publishers and DSPs to get our Ad Server tags live.On-boarding and implementing new ad tech, including DMP, Verification and Brand Study partners.Educating the Media Planning teams on all of the above.

Main responsibility is to assist in the preparation, implementation and management of digital media campaigns, including project timelines, gathering of assets, traffic instructions and creation of ad serving tags.•Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors•Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to help identify and implement all creative and technical requirements•Help resolve technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media and Audio)

•Sales- meeting with potential clients to teach them about our products and how they or their company can benefit, through trade shows, conventions, sales call visits and cold calling.-Marketing - Setting goals biannually and developing plans on how to meet these goals through new business activities and social media strategies. Creating flyers and materials for our website.•Customer maintenance- maintaining good relationships with our clients through communication, troubleshooting, and constant rate checking to ensure our products are competitive.•Custom Tour Planning- designing attractive itineraries and determining the base costs of these tours for both other companies and the general public.

Planning and teaching the Foreign Language Activities curriculum at 4 different Elementary schools in the Ota-Ku area.

Worked full time assisting Japanese English teachers in the classroom at the Jr. High School and Elementary school level in Yatsushiro, Kumamoto. Also visited and helped teach at Yatsushiro Yogo Gakko, a special needs school, twice a week.
