Simple, fast, and easy. That’s what my dad taught me when I was seven. He sat me down and told me I had the “uncommon” condition of ADHD. The trick to capturing and maintaining my attention, he explained, was to make things simple, fast, and easy. It may not be the best parental advice I’ve ever gotten. But it certainly was the best marketing advice. My secret to marketing success? I assume my target audience has the attention span of a goldfish, like me. Therefore, I make my clients' online presence simple, fast, and easy for customers to find and engage with.I began paid advertising on Google in 2003. Back then, cost-per-click was 0.10 cents and you could buy three candy bars for a dollar. Throughout the years, I’ve worked with great teams that have generated leads for big brands such as Uber, Groupon, Home Depot, and ADT. However, I found my niche in the aesthetic industry. I started my own marketing firm, specializing in advertising for spas, doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals. I now represent the top cosmetic accounts in the nation. My first aesthetics client was SKINNEY Medspa. When I started with them in NYC, they were a small, family-run spa. I helped them out-perform national chains and spas with bigger marketing budgets by simply making our spa easier to find online and book a consultation with. SKINNEY is now the top medical spa in NYC with 5 locations and growing. They are also the top selling provider of CoolSculpting + Emsculpt in the world (since 2017 and running).I've done the same for other medical spas and across industries, including Lasik and cosmetic dentistry. When not helping clients make money, I use my experience to promote good causes by creating videos that go viral. My videos promoting the early detection of cancer have each garnered tens of millions of views and have been featured by thousands of media outlets. I wish I could go back in time and tell that kid who just learned he had ADHD that it would work for his advantage.
