I have led trial teams in more than 60 trials (30+ jury) and amassed extensive skills in all facets of pre-litigation investigation and negotiation, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial and appellate practice. My trial practice extends to state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. My practice thrives on my ability to serve as a trusted crisis manager and business-minded legal advisor. I have helped businesses, executives, and individuals through the challenging terrain of internal and external compliance investigations and misconduct allegations.
