I am a veteran trial attorney with significant first-chair experience and a successful track record of assisting clients in every phase of complex/commercial civil and criminal litigation. I have led trial teams in more than 60 trials (30+ jury) and amassed extensive skills in all facets of pre-litigation investigation and negotiation, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial and appellate practice. My trial practice extends to state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. My practice thrives on my ability to serve as a trusted crisis manager and business-minded legal advisor. I have helped businesses, executives, and individuals through the challenging terrain of internal and external compliance investigations and misconduct allegations. And decision-makers routinely rely on me for real-time strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives, enabling them to navigate legal issues to achieve favorable outcomes.I take pride in providing impactful advice tailored to clients’ needs and business/personal objectives, and helping clients define and achieve “success” based on the circumstances. Currently, I am a partner at Mandelbaum Barrett PC in the Firm’s Litigation Department and often lead litigation stemming from the Firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Services, and Healthcare Departments.
