Client Partner
As a Client Partner at Sutherland, a process transformation company, my focus was on helping companies improve their business practices, from transforming siloed functions to end-to-end efficiency and customer experience gains. In collaboration with my colleagues, I designed exceptional customer experiences for the digital age by deconstructing our clients' business processes, rethinking them, rebuilding them, and delivering them back smarter, more efficient, and more effective than before.In my role, I served as the single point of contact, responsible for driving these actions, as well as being a trusted adviser and consultant, helping our clients meet their strategic objectives. I managed a portfolio of more than 9 large clients within our technology vertical and finance and account horizontal, delivering more than >70M in R&G across 8 geographies, utilizing more than 1800 employees and numerous digital platforms.Additionally, I was responsible for new business sales, with varying annual targets achieved by selling to new and existing business units and clients, using Sutherlands current set of technology and digital offerings as well as 3rd party offerings. Essentially, my function was to take on any necessary task to solve the clients' challenges, drive high NPS, and grow our base.
