In this role I'm responsible for the creation of an integrated data architecture that enables the business to get a 360 degree view of their business at any level whether it be global, regional or local, while at the same time, ensuring data is harmonized across all required data types. Key to the role is understanding a variety of data types and how they are used to deliver the business so that we can develop an enterprise data model, sourcing and staging strategy, source to target transformations, and ongoing data governance, all based on cloud technologies. My experience allows me to develop and communicate the strategy while at the same time get into the detailed data modeling and design elements. I'm currently managing a diverse team of global internal and external data architecture experts who cover data virtualization, data architecture, master data management and are critical to enabling our vision.

Currently responsible for leading the development of an agile information architecture solution to meet the rapidly changing and emerging business needs of today and tomorrow.

Responsible for leading the development of a global Female Beauty Care information portal for over 2,000 employees across all geographies and functions of this business. Additionally, managed the launch of an all employee strategy portal sponsored by the CEO.

I'm currently responsible for leading IT innovation within the global Fabric Care business at P&G. Innovation is currently focused on driving bigger insights from the information we already have available and exploiting Web 2.0 capabilities to drive better collaboration.

Responsible for matching IT capability with our NA Fabric Care business needs in a client management role. Additionally, led an effort to maximize IT"s contribution to the North American Liquid Laundry Detergent Compaction project. As part of this effort, led the analysis, design, development and support of a multi data type flexible data mart still in use today to drive weekly in-market insights.
