About Chris Thornley

Welcome one and all! I am a simple Network Engineer who is enjoying building his knowledge regarding data center networking, and continuing to expand my knowledge, as well as usefulness, to my employer, The Hut Group.I have CCNAs in Routing & Switching, as well as Security, and have several years of experience doing remote network troubleshooting. I am also working on my CCNP Security. While I've been focusing on Cisco for certifications I have also a great deal of experience with the set up and troubleshooting of Adtran routers, Watchguard and Sonicwall firewalls, as well as some experience with Palo Alto, Fortigate, and many other firewall brands.I'm good where I am right now, but the future is forever changing... Much to the chagrin of many.
