Involved in Solutioning this capability for SCB. Have studied MX standard for this domain, validated mapping of instruction data with corresponding MT standard and involved in the solutioning, development and further phases.

Lead Business Analyst for STORM II ProgrammeThe Programme rolls out Standard Chartered Bank’s custody business across 25+ Global Markets with the new Core Settlement platform -SeCCuRE (TCS BaNCS); for Equities and Debt Instruments. Major Applications rolled out:- TCS BaNCS [SeCCuRE]: Custody Clearing and Settlement platform- Transaction Management [TM]: Settlement SWIFT Instruction Capture system- Golden Source [SRDMS]: Securities Reference data management system- CAPE: Corporate Actions Processing Engine - MULTIFONDS – Fund accounting system My focus and expertise was primarily on the Settlement Instruction Capture engine which is tightly coupled with the Core Settlement as well as the Securities Reference Data management platforms. I've handled Solutioning for all core functionalities of the application including Digitization and STP initiatives, market specific enhancements and new Market roll-outs (22 countries+ as of date). Have significant expertise in Securities Settlement related SWIFT messages (MT540/541/542/543/544/545/546/547/548/535/564/586/598/599) as I've handled SWIFT Release project for three years [SR2012, SR2013 and SR2014] and managed zero defect delivery for the application I was performing Solutioning for. Supporting multiple Client and Market testing cycles with direct connectivity to the corresponding Stock Exchanges and Depositories has helped Solutioning market specific enhancements.I've handled the following for various projects/enhancements in this domain:- Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, Solutioning and preparation of BRD/FSD- Solution walk-through to development team- Defining Test scenarios/Use cases and system testing- Walk through to Testing/Quality teams, reviewing test cases/results and providing sign off- Solution demonstration to Clients/Stakeholders- Production [Live] Implementation and post production support- Functional/Domain training to the business users and production support teams

Area of study covered live project for a new branch involving catchment mapping and investment pattern analysis of retail customers in the catchment area. I also explored corporate/salary a/c preferences among corporate clients and performed BASEL compliance analysis of the bank & compared it with two of its major competitors.
