I have recently started Bonheur Property as director. This company has been set up to begin a property investment journey and also help others on their investment journey too. I have been educating myself on how to invest in property the correct way for maximum efficiency and benefit to the investor, whether that will be myself or my joint venture partners. My 'raison d'être' - my 'why' is that it is my goal to one day own a company of my own in the languages field. I have loved my career as a franchisee and teacher with LCF and it is spurring me on to ambitiously own my own company and network one day. To do this, property will play a big role in creating funds and also giving me yet more experience managing projects, which is a key role in my current job already. Currently I am Operations Manager at LCF Clubs UK - helping and advising our franchisees on their Fun French & Spanish Club businesses. I'm eager to help our franchisees take their business to new heights with the help of modern social media marketing techniques and good old fashioned targeting! I also still run a franchise of LCF ( both Le Club Francais and El Club Espanol) providing clubs and PPA in school teaching of French and Spanish for primary schools in the North West area. 17+ years teaching French in clubs, and in primary school classes.
