Through my coursework, projects, and personal pursuits, I am applying interdisciplinary approaches to deconstruct, understand, and rethink processes through a multimodal lens. As I studied the principles of Biochemical Engineering and Bioinformatics at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, I worked alongside my peers to understand them through efforts as an undergraduate Tutor and Teaching Fellow. After graduating, I joined Illumina to facilitate the continuous improvement of QC assays, data processing practices, and product design specifications as a QC Engineer.I am now advancing my understanding of biotechnological design through the master's program in Bioengineering at University of California, San Diego, working with my peers to enhance our understanding of biomedical technology and approaches to characterize, test, and validate. My near-term career goal is to integrate data science and machine learning methodology into biotechnological workflows, complementing their dynamics with the principles of iterative, context-driven refinement in generative AI. I am always open to engaging with novel technological applications and am excited to keep on learning.
