As the Business and Reporting Leader for North America's Lead Development team, I support a very dynamic business, responsible for global, investor and marketing results and analysis. In addition, ensuring day to day operational reporting is timely and accurate, offering recommendations and observations.

As the Program Manager - Sales Execution, I supported all lines of the sales business covering Canada. Focused on sales tool productivity for our hardware, software and services business. This role afforded me the opportunity to broaden my scope of expertise and identify cross brand opportunities that might not have otherwise existed, sharing best practices with my North American, and global counterparts to drive Sales tool productivity enhancements, and consult on net new tools development. The role later evolved to focus on supporting the North American Software team, with a focus on tools and process improvements.

As the Team leader for the Software Maintenance and Renewals team, I was responsible for coaching and cadence reviews to a team of sales professionals, reviewing forecasts, and developing action plan to achieve sales goals. In addition, maintaining my own sales territory, teaming with field and inside sales, as well as our business partner community.
