Overall accountability for all Customer-facing aspects of Micro Nav's simulation business including: Customer Support; Software Testing; Training; Data Development and Management; Technical / User Documentation.Leading the Company's Air Traffic Management Experts, acting as the link between operational customers and Micro Nav's teams of requirements and development engineers.

Managed the transfer of the Operation and physical move of personnel, and then commanded the new Unit for the first 2 1/2 years of live operation.

Senior Officer Headquarters staff appointment as the Trade Sponsor for the Air Traffic Control Trade Group. Responsible for all high-level personnel policy and Terms of Service for a 650-strong Trade Group of Airmen and Non-Commisioned Officers. Also accountable for the RAF's ATC Core Manpower Requirement in support of the MOD's Planning Assumptions, and Training Sponsor for specialist ATC training in the Service.
