About Chrisa Hickey

Chrisa started in the collision industry in 1992 at AkzoNobel. As the product manager responsible for the development and rollout of the industry’s first Windows based shop management system, she partnered with Audatex (then ADP Claims Solutions Group) to develop and deploy Stellix. Chrisa then moved to the dot com space, responsible for the industry’s first online parts procurement system, then the product manager responsible for the first automated DRP program and web-based APD claims solution. Most recently, Chrisa was responsible for the rollout of their industry’s most comprehensive collision repair blueprinting solution. Chrisa was the chair of CIECA’s EMS committee - the most used data standard in the collision industry - from 1997-2009, responsible for the EMS 2.01 version in use today, as well as the BMS in use today. Chrisa also served on the board of CIECA as one of the first women on the board, and as its treasurer, the second woman to serve in CIECA board leadership. Chrisa is presently Principal, Product Management at I-CAR, with responsibility for ADAS and EV.
