Since then, I have moved to the other side of the business working with IT Security Consulting and IT Auditing for Financial Institutions as well as helping to provide development teams with requirements for software improvements. After working IN the business for nearly 15 year, I now try to spend my time working ON the business inspiring and encouraging some of the highest performing individuals I've ever met.
