Creation of all documentation(satisfactory for TS16949 audit).• Transfer of LED based traffic light manufacture from German facility, increasing throuput fourfold, totalling over 400 variations.• Key member of cross-functional NPI team introducing new automotive products in line with ISO9001/ TS16949 requirements. Tasks include design/ implementation of line tooling and work instructions.• Involved in the recruitment of new staff to the department.• Mentor young engineers in department.
