Netball NSW has grown to become one of the largest independent sports organisations in this state. Currently with over 110,000 members playing and enjoying netball at all levels of performance in cities, suburbs and country towns in all corners of New South Wales. Our sport continues to be the most popular team sport in Australia for women and girls, with men's and mixed netball becoming increasingly popular.I chair the board's People & Culture committee.

I see therapy clients in private practice a couple of evenings each week. I do this to play my part in increasing access to mental health support services.

This period also included a four month term as Chief People Officer for private equity owned Greencross - Australasia’s leading integrated pet care company.
