Digital Marketing Manager
Current• Plan, execute, and manage key components of acquisition campaigns including paid search (PPC), paid social, display ads, remarketing, YouTube ads, audio streaming, conversion rate optimization, CRM, channel attribution, and dashboard reporting.• Measure and optimize a two-million-dollar media budget across digital and traditional media channels via funnel and conversion analysis to maximize efficiency and exceed campaign KPI’s.• Foster media innovation by improving stakeholder engagement, defining strategy, improving technology, building tools, defining metrics, developing funnels, frequently A/B testing and openly sharing results.• Partner with Account Executives, Business Analysts, Design Teams, Brand Managers, and External Agencies to build and develop a media measurement and testing framework to ensure accurate tracking to evaluate value through analytics for campaign optimizations, to identify opportunities, and to exceed campaign goals.• Create data visuals (dashboards) for our Account Executives to view KPI’s and assess performance of their marketing campaigns in real-time. Also, developed a quarterly dashboard for VP and C-level executives that reported on contribution margins (net ROI) every quarter.
