A six month forecast of pallets entering each DC. This enabled management to plot future pallet space requirements and project need for additional capacity.•Prepared, analyzed, and issued weekly Inbound Trailer Escalation reports. DC-Logistics personnel could now identify and immediately correct issues with trailers on hold by location, business unit, and identified the root cause of trailer holds, e.g., QA, FDA and/or financial holds.•Analyzed monthly Material Destruct Authorization report to identify how much inventory was Slow Moving/Obsolete (SLOB) or destroyed (non-conformance).•Supported Inbound Logistics Base business by managing five redeploy lines, three major DC centers, and eComm.•Awarded Yellow Belt – (DMAIC) five tools were used to revamp the inbound trailer escalation.
