Progress Software offers developer tools used to either create or update mobile as well as web/app solutions. When Progress re-organized in the fall of 2014 into three business units — Data Direct, Open Edge, and Application Development — it opened up new opportunities for growth and challenge that intrigued me, so I decided to apply for a new sales role in Application Development. In that role I was responsible for new sales of Rapid Application Development software, helping to solve problems for clients across North America.Following Progress’ acquisition of Telerik in December 2014, I left to join Integration Partners.

Progress Software is a global, market-leading technology innovation company that develops customized enterprise solutions. A former colleague approached me about this opportunity based on my systems operations expertise. I became responsible for administering Progress’s commissions application. Due to the application knowledge I gained before I joined Progress, I quickly understood the system architecture. During my tenure in this position I successfully:- Converted previously paid offline commissions to online processing to increase efficiency & accuracy.- Provided superior customer service to the Progress sales force in resolving open issues

Juniper Networks specializes in building high-speed custom networks for enterprise organizations. I started with the company as an intern while I was still in school, and was recruited to join full-time after graduation.Initially I led all testing for the premier launch of our Salesforce/Siebel CRM implementation. Juniper needed a knowledgeable Project Manager to work with sales process subject-matter experts as well coordinate the rollout through cross-functional teams. Following the launch I became the market-to-sell CRM maintenance release manager where I was responsible for day-to-day systems support, led all testing for the quarterly releases, and identified areas for improvement through business process re-engineering, policy changes, and automation.In this role I helped Juniper “hit it out of the park” by successfully:► Exiting the CRM launch with zero Severity 1 defects ► Creating a collaborative environment for cross-functional team members to conduct and complete agile testing efforts. ► Coordinating a global UAT model that allowed actual users to validate high satisfaction levels of user experience.
