As the Learning Management System Admin for IFPTI, I was responsible for maintaining and improving the Learning Management System. In this role I ensured that the system is up to date, functioning properly, and accessible to customers, instructors, and students. Provide service support to system users, answers questions, and sets access and permission levels. During this time I facilitated our LMS migration to an upgraded version to adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
