Worked on Capital One's flagship customer servicing iOS app. I was the tech-lead and manager of the team responsible for handling everything relating to the Credit Card payment experience. Most of my work dealt with feature development and re-platforming the codebase to reactive paradigms. I also teach a workshop titled "Intro to Swift & iOS" multiple times a year for the Capital One Software Engineering Summit. I’ve had the opportunity to work on several exciting projects that encompass many aspects of the full-stack role. Below are some of my recent projects:• Added a complete feature to Capital One’s core web banking platform. - Worked on Spring Boot based orchestration layers to allow communication between the front-end and other core APIs; - Worked on an Angular based front-end to implement a design which allowed website to handle a new banking product.• Developed a RESTful Express.js API that runs on ECS, which allows consumers to upload and retrieve images. Designed the API to be scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and cost-optimized. - Used Terraform to manage a multi-region (active/active) ECS cluster infrastructure - Fully automated infrastructure deployments, infrastructure modifications, and code deployments using a multi-stage Jenkins pipeline in conjunction with Terraform. - Periodically performed simulated disaster (failover) events• Developed a React.js based application for easily interacting with image API.• Developed and maintained a CocoaPod that can be easily integrated on iOS devices to allow usage of the image API.- Node (Expess.js), Java (Spring Boot), Angular, React, Python, Terraform, Jenkins, AWS ECS, Docker, Machine Learning

Company Description: Smadex is a Mobile Demand Side Platform (DSP) that allows advertisers and agencies to create and distribute rich media advertising on smartphones or tablets. At Smadex, I worked on C#, Java, iOS, Android SDK, and Node.js projects. I also researched and implemented analytical software tools using Node.js with DTrace. Working in an agile development environment, I participated in daily Sprints with the development team. I worked with international companies to successfully integrate the products I developed.
